To add: no one “needs” anyone to “demonize them [Islamists].” THEY do it themselves with the subjugation of women, the beheadings, the raping, the suicide bombings, the kidnappings, you know, TERRORIST STUFF.
As someone who grew up practicing Muslim and left Islam years before I became pro-Israel, let me say this: Megyn Kelly claiming “anti-Islam” sentiment is mostly manufactured by pro-Israel voices is nonsense. This is NOT some recent political invention. It’s a legitimate, overdue pushback against 1,400 years of conquest, subjugation, killings, blasphemy laws, apostasy punishments, and oppression baked into Islamic doctrine and history. From the treatment of women and minorities in Islamic societies to the global pattern of violence against people of other faith, ex-Muslims, critics, and “infidels”. The evidence is in the texts of Quran, the hadiths, the body count, and the lived experiences of millions who escaped it. I didn’t reject Islam because of Israel. I rejected it because I saw what it does to human beings. Telling people that our pushback is “manufactured” dismisses real history and ongoing suffering. If you only care about clicks, views and money own it, Megan Kelly. Shame on you!!

@TheWindsorStar @UWindsor @UWinResearch @UWindsorLance @drew_dilkens It was as clear from the start that Trudeau's big EV gamble would be a flop. But Cdn voters in the east keep electing Liberals. As a former auto worker and auto reporter, I just shake my head at this insanity.
So much for gambling ... May 5, 2026: Honda halts plan to build $15B EV plant in Alliston, Ontario after announcing in 2025 it would delay the project for two years. bnnbloomberg.ca/business/com…

Sadly, now with a Liberal majority, this is why there is no hope of future Canadian recovery. I say this with great sadness.
🚨👀 Carney pitched investors on using government policy to force profits for Brookfield. Then he became Prime Minister. Listen to what he says about their investment in sustainable aviation fuel (SAF): Interviewer: "You raised the capital… but the investment only works if government policy forces the demand. So are you going to go back to the public sector to drive that policy?" Carney: "I'm already advising governments… pro bono." Then, seconds later: "We Brookfield put a billion dollars to work there… the policy has to drive it." He was explaining how Brookfield's $2.1 billion investment in sustainable aviation fuel companies guarantees profits. How? The government simply forces airlines to buy the fuel — a fuel that costs 5 to 10 times more than regular jet fuel. Airlines would never buy it voluntarily. He's done this before. While advising the British government on its National Wealth Fund task force, the UK SAF mandate — the exact type of policy he was pitching investors on — came into force in January 2025, three months after the Prime Quadrant pitch. British Airways signed a 10-year offtake deal with the Brookfield-backed company that same year. The government Carney was advising at that exact moment? Justin Trudeau's. He remained Chair of Brookfield Asset Management until January 16, 2025 — the same day he announced he was running for office. 👀 Nine months later, Brookfield closed the largest private energy transition fund in history at a record $23.5 billion. And there are no limits to what he's willing to do to protect it. When Air Canada's CEO Michael Rousseau publicly resisted the mandates — asking for time, asking for domestic supply, doing his job — Carney got rid of him in the most calculated way imaginable. Two pilots tragically died at LaGuardia. Rousseau posted a condolence video in English. The Prime Minister of Canada — the first PM in 50 years who cannot speak French fluently, the first in modern history with no French speechwriter in his office — called it a "lack of compassion." He demanded the next CEO be bilingual. He said it in English. One week later, the most successful airline CEO in modern Canadian history was gone. The replacement criteria? Bilingual. And committed to "sustainability goals." Mark Carney didn't become Prime Minister to serve Canada. He became Prime Minister to protect Brookfield's investments. This is not liberal vs conservative. This is about a Prime Minister who puts the interests of his company above those of Canadians. 🇨🇦 Quote this post. Tag your MP. When this is over, the western part of NATO will never be the same. Spain, England, France and Italy have sold us out, as they too often have a history of doing. Eastern European nations are the heart of NATO. They spend money on defense, know how to fight and love the US. France particularly deserves fault and blame. From supporting China and Russia at the UN to denying Americans overflight rights, they’re doing what they’ve always done - showing weakness, while cutting deals with terrorists. (The reason the US has a Marine Corps and Navy is unlike France, we refused to pay a ransom to the Barbary Pirates. France is always happy to cut a deal.) Wars have unintended consequences as nations show their true colors. NATO will never be the same, and Western European weakness and acquiescence is the cause.

Here’s what appears to be happening: 1. Tucker Carlson has allegedly been conducting his own foreign policy with Iran on behalf of the United States. 2. At some point, the CIA got wind of this and informed President Trump, who may then have used Tucker as an unwitting counterintelligence asset to feed faulty information to Iran. (BASED.) 3. Following the launch of Epic Fury, Tucker’s traitorous behavior may have finally caught up with him, as DOJ reportedly prepares a criminal complaint against him based on CIA intelligence. 🇮🇷 Bonus Round: An Example of Tucker Likely Parroting Iranian Regime Propaganda 🇮🇷 4. After the operation began, Iran sent IRGC agents to carry out attacks in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, but those plots were foiled. 5. Iran then told Tucker these were actually Mossad plots — a claim he pushed online and that spread like wildfire. 6. Saudi and Qatar had to publicly deny Tucker's fake news about the Mossad.

Dear @MattWalshBlog: I was 11 when the Islamic Revolution swept the Ayatollah into power in 1979. You weren’t born yet, I know, but for those of us who were, well, the memory of it is seared into our consciousness. 66 Americans were held hostage for 444 days. America was held hostage. Then President Carter was impotent. Americans wanted, no, they demanded a strong response. It never came. Since that time, the ayatollahs have waged war on America and Americans — they coined the term “The Great Satan” — with impunity, knowing that the America governed by Clintons and Obamas and Bidens (and even Bushes) was weak and tolerant. Thus, the Iranians funded 90 attacks on American soldiers since 2020 alone. They have killed more than 600. So, no, I do not accept your straw man argument that those of us who support President Trump’s decision to bomb Iran came up with the talking points “5 minutes ago.” We came up with them 47 years ago, Matt. The charge is outrageous, condescending (which you are prone to), and historically ignorant — but you weren’t born yet and maybe you just don’t know any better. You’re better than your flaccid arguments. (I saw your What is a Woman? movie. And liked it. Do better.) Many of us do remember 1979 and the attacks and tortures and murders since, and we’ve wanted a strong response for decades. Not for revenge, mind you, as that makes for poor policy. But for justice. And because Iran is the head (a hydra, there are many heads) of the terrorist snake. You want the terrorists at home gone? So do I. So does every Trump voter. But who do you think funds them, trains them, sends them to do their dirty work? I live in the South. Fire ants are a thing. I fought that battle for years pointlessly. Why? Because my neighbors didn’t fight it at all. No sooner did I destroy an ant hill than a new one almost spontaneously generated. Finally, I convinced my neighbors to let me kill theirs, too. Only then were my children safe from the bane of fire ants. This is America First. You tend to lean not America First, but America Only. Get out more. See the world as I have. And when you do you’ll realize the storm brewing at home is fueled from abroad. They are not mutually exclusive. Attack both. Strike the root of the terrorist tree or you accomplish nothing.
I can't take the gaslighting, guys. I really can't. Conservatives are now running around saying "Iran has been waging war on us for 47 years." Okay then why didn't any of you call for an attack on Iran at any point until now? Why didn't you make a case for Trump "ending the war, not starting it" until precisely the moment when Trump did it? You and I both know that you are latching onto a talking point you never used until 45 seconds ago. You and I both know that almost every conservative influencer in the business was opposed to war with Iran until just now. And now you're trying to use justifications that stretch back decades. It doesn't make any sense. If you changed your mind, fine. Say so. Explain why. You're allowed to change your mind. I've changed my mind about things. But don't try to rewrite history. Be honest about it. There's too much at stake to play these games.
