Meet our Moderator Ruth Atim is the Founder of Gender Tech Initiative Uganda, a podcaster, gender equality advocate, and cybersecurity trainer dedicated to advancing digital inclusion. She is passionate about promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) engagement among young girls in rural schools by offering mentorship and guidance toward careers in technology. Through her work, Ruth has trained women in the informal economy in digital marketing, equipped grassroots organizations with malware detection and prevention skills, and organized ICT bootcamps for children. Her efforts continue to play a significant role in bridging the digital divide in Uganda while amplifying voices and technology conversations through her podcast. #YALITalks
