Coaching Valorant Players:
There are so many players out there in valorant that dont know how to be a competitor. There is passion. There is drive. There is intensity. Then there is reflection, mental stability, and self devotion.
A competitor is driven by the relentless pursuit of winning and outsmarting an opponents. When i coach these types of players, i see that they View the game as a challenge to conquer. They are highly focused on strategy, relentless determination, and improving every day.
after playing with them as an IGL to sub, i can vouch that Nathan, Ruwaa, & the guys at @xoraggs put unbelievable amounts of time & energy into valorant, both on and off the server. from Invite demotion, to clawing their way back to Contender Finals–it goes without saying they’ve given it 110% of their efforts and seeing that potentially go to waste because of some loser who thought it’d be funny to cheat their way in without a shred of remorse is utterly disgraceful. Riot i hope you carefully review this situation and serve justice. the rise of cheaters nowadays is absolutely horrible but this has gone too far.
@ItsGamerDoc in call with 15 people who all agree Glorify (winner of west contender) was cheating. We have 10 instances of BLATANT EVIDENCE and people will respond with clips. Asking for @xoraggs to qual for invite and the teams Glorify beat before us

Just an appreciation post.
After all these years I still think @Lazyhands1 is my favorite teammate. He always worked hard, took failure well and was as funny as hell.
1-2 @teamDigital
2-0 some dudes
1-2 @mrfunhaver & co
Proud of these guys. Somehow made day two off rounds. Made good progress with only 4 days of scrims and 1 real day of progress. They work hard and have so much potential. I love being a coach.
