Today marks the 10-year anniversary of the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando. We remember the lives that were lost that night, stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ community, and push for commonsense gun control reform like my Closing the Bump Stock Loophole Act.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our friend, colleague, union brother, and lifelong advocate for public education, Steve Horner. He dedicated his life to public education, unions, and the belief that working people are strongest when we stand together.

Recovery advocate Ryan Hampton is in the lead in the race to replace Speaker Steve Yeager (D-Las Vegas) in AD9. He is facing union organizer Maria Teresa Hank in the Democratic primary.

We're excited to have Senate Majority Leader Nicole Cannizzaro as our nominee for Attorney General! She is an experienced prosecutor who wins tough cases and a legislator who has taken on the toughest fights for our state, while Adriana Guzmán Fralick is a MAGA cheerleader who bent over backwards for Donald Trump’s endorsement. Cannizzaro is running for Attorney General to crack down on drug and human trafficking, prevent gun violence, protect kids online, and stand up for Nevada families.
