SSI is about demand side thinking. Where customers are active participants rather than passive subjects. Where companies wrap their products, services and experiences around the customer, rather than the business.

For Web3 / Crypto businesses to appeal to a larger audience, they need to build better brands and dial down the use of "bit".
Twitter is a great brand name.

My internet has been down for the past 2 days. Had to show my 6 & 7 year old kids broadcast TV.
They found the adverts a real novelty (having never seen them before on VOD) and the programmes a real let down.
Experience shapes perception.
