I’ve been reluctant to try ChatGPT. Today I got over that reluctance. Now I understand why I was reluctant.
The value of 90% of my skills just dropped to $0. The leverage for the remaining 10% went up 1000x. I need to recalibrate.

GM to all the lawyers out there who know that smart contract technology has uses that go far beyond NFTs. Virtually any term and condition of an agreement can be recorded on the blockchain via a self-executing and autonomous set of code.

The problem with #contracts is that
they’re written with human language nuance, in unlimited variable formats, and are powerless—outside of lengthy/expensive external effort—to enforce the many confusing rights/obligations held within the static documents that hold them

I am a GREAT commercial #lawyer.
And I’m amazed how unrelated the two are & how poor of an indicator and preparer school was to practice.
