Scottish record alert! With a super prep for the Euro champs Megan Keith clocks 8:28.35 for 3000m in Oslo.. besting Yvonne Murray's 8:29.02 which had held as the Scottish rec since Seoul in 1988.. also third on gb all time list to @paulajradcliffe and @LauraWeightman
