Here is what the sectoral decarbonisation ranges quoted in the @businessposthq would mean. At the lower range of ambition, there would be 7Mt of unmet savings. The higher range for each sector would just meet -51% overall.
Agriculture would account for half of all GHGs in 2030.

The violent incidents in the north of Kosovo need to stop immediately.
Unilateral and uncoordinated actions that endanger stability are unacceptable.
All open issues must be addressed through the EU-facilitated Dialogue. We are in contact with Belgrade and Pristina.
