Thanks @CoralSpringsFL. While the City maintains the street drains and pipes that move the water from the streets to our waterways, we maintain the water level in the 33071 zip-code area canals. Our waterways have been lowered in coordination with @SFWMD.
Our Public Works crews are out clearing storm drains ahead of the heavy rainfall expected this weekend. As a reminder, the best way to prevent flooding is to ensure your storm drains are clear of debris. We appreciate our residents helping to keep their storm drains clear.
