As per previous communications, Skype is being replaced with Microsoft Teams from 21/02. The removal is taking longer than expected. The Technical Team are still working on the transfer and it will be completed ASAP. We would encourage staff to use Microsoft Teams

Use of NHS.net Email address
We are asking all staff to be mindful of when they are using their nhs.net email address. After the 31/03/21 these email addresses will no longer be in existence and any emails sent to the address will not be delivered.
We are asking staff to ensure that when they register for their vaccine that they use their southernhealth.nhs.uk email. This has been flagged to relevant parties and an update on whether it is possible to change an email address ahead of time will be sent in due course.
All staff email addresses (e.g. southernhealth.nhs.uk and nhs.net) will be migrating to a single secure email by 31/03/21. This is part of the national N365 Agreement between the NHS & Microsoft and will be taking place for all local organisations...
and many others nationally. Only @nhs.net emails for staff that are tagged to Southern Health will be migrated.
Technology will be in contact with those who have generic/shared emails in due course. We are asking you to please think about where @nhs.net emails are used...
for example:
• referrals
• NHS discounts
• subscriptions e.g. Health Service Journal
• registration e.g. NMC / BMA.

#LDWeek2020 Due to the restrictions from #COVID-19 one of our patients has been unable to attend their hydrotherapy sessions. Our team now carries out a fitness programme over Zoom, ensuring patients are supported to stay active and connected during #lockdown!
