I can’t believe I need to say this, but teaching anatomically correct terms to identify all body parts is not child abuse. It is not “grooming”. Learning appropriate terms for all body parts of all organ systems is important in teaching bodily autonomy. #pedstwitter

In Alabama, we just saw the worst day of attacks against transgender kids, with bills that would:
- Make gender-affirming care a felony
- Restrict school restroom access
- Force school staff to out LGBTQ kids
- Ban discussion of LGBTQ issues in schools
So we’re suing.
