@HSBC_UK I can remember when you were supposed to be the listening bank. Refused a loan today because your underwriter made an incorrect assumption based on flawed metrics and would not speak to me to allow explanation. In the good old days a manager would have approved.
So it’s not the Government cuts or blatant corruption or incompetency or greedy billionaires or disaster capitalists or shameless grifters or selfish twats proving themselves useful to an elite who thrive on societal division? It’s the brown people after all?! Gotcha.
Palliative care study day for our trainee ACPs. We hope that our entire team will soon complete this training to help even more patients achieve the ‘good death’ every person deserves. @EEAST_UrgCare@EEAST_Education Sincere thanks @StFrancisChEv@stnichhospice
Manuel Sevillano, our ACP nurse specialist teaching knee, ankle and foot injuries to our trainee ACPs. Hopefully this will help patients to receive appropriate self-help advice, treatment or specialist referral without going to ED. @EEAST_Education@EEAST_UrgCare
It looks like NHS England have clarified the role of Physician Associates. Please don't mistake them with ACPs who are well-trained registered nursing or allied health professionals who will carry the can for their decisions. fparcp.co.uk/about-fpa/news/… AND aomrc.org.uk/wp-content/uplo…

To add fuel to the fire, for PAs: HCPC registration, their own College, and a job title that is clear to the public they're not doctors. Perhaps ACP title shoudl include base profession such as "Advanced Paramedic Practitioner" or "Advanced Nurse Practitioner" as before.
That pile of books looks terrifying. Looking forward to when NIAS is in a position to create roles like this. It can only be a positive for patient care.
Quite the welcome from @EEAST_UrgCare on day 1 🎁 Great to see the commitment to a modern advanced practice model. Some great plans in the works: rotational training, partnership working, providing clinical advice to crews. Excited to get going, a little fearful of the books 😆

Final coupe of days of preparation as we start our first co-hort of 25 tACPs on their development programme @EEAST_Education & @EEAST_UrgCare - starting with a 3 day conference at Woolfson College, Cambridge. Hope delegates are looking forward to it! @SJB293@HeinScheffer1
Fantastic to hear that the Anne Frank kindergarten is being renamed to be more diverse and progressive. ✊🏾
Which of the following would work best?

We keep being told there is a problem with gay rights in the Arab world.
But in the entire history of Palestine, there has NEVER been a single arrest for homophobic hate crime.
Checkmate, bigots. 💅🏻
