(pt 3) I did a lot of thinking, reading, reflecting, and writing about my burnout and how I react to my work in the Department. I read a lot of @parkerjpalmer at the beginning. I read a lot of memoirs of academia and chronic illness. 📚I had a lot of therapy throughout.💬
