Greetings @SamSifton @genevieveko @MelissaClark Wondering if toasting spices should be a standard step? Like most, I'd guess, my spices age but they definitely smell stronger when gently toasted in a fry pan.Advice? (PS: making Coconut Chicken Curry!)

#Grateful.Tested after 2 yrs of hard measures, mask, avoidance. Vaxed&boosted b/c I am risk.After symptoms& test started antivirals in 12H.❤️Now healthy& tearfully grateful to not be among the dead.Absent brilliant research & science (Emory DRIVE & legions) maybe not.AMEN!
