There is no training this evening at HQ - it will take place tomorrow evening from 18.30
This will then be followed by a players meal, player registration and a talk on mental health post training.

Luke Orton is a player with Sandown & Shanklin RFC and had just joined the club Committee. On Saturday he was playing for the Ryde Rhinos in the beach rugby tournament. During this he suffered a serious injury to his neck involving a fracture and injury to his spinal cord.

They've done it! ๐
The @SSRFC group have completed the Three Peaks Challenge and they smashed their target time of 24 hours, completing the gruelling climbs in just 22 hours and 48 minutes ๐ฃ
They've raised over ยฃ5k for @PAPYRUS_Charity in the process ๐

As if a long season of rugby isn't enough for seven @SSRFC players, they're taking on the notoriously tricky Three Peaks Challenge later this month to raise money for a charity aimed at preventing suicide in young people ๐
The group will tackle Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake District and Snowdon in Wales, all within 24 hours on May 19 and 20 โฐ๏ธ
