The foundation program is, and has been, flawed for some time
Yes, there are some places that have got it right. For sure!
But when the vast majority of F2s take F3 & we have data like this (and other studies) it’s time to accept that it’s time to change

I don’t know who needs to hear this but DO NOT stress about CST.
I didn’t get a job I wanted first time and have no regrets about an F3 and then reapplying.
I was 100x better the second time round, because I kept up momentum with scoring ‘points’ and prepping hard👌🏽

In reality 2021 wasn’t all that bad. This time last year I’d never have DREAMT I’d do so well at CST interviews, be on @Surgery_Trials committee, compete my PGCert AND present the things I have.
Not being academic at uni DOES NOT stop you upping your game post graduation 🙏🏽
