I was Round 8 Lucy. I was robbed during our match. The head judge confirmed on Sunday that he should have been disqualified. It’s sad to see what regionals have become after the price spikes. Sharking, cheating, and match-selling are now more frequent than ever.

Story time: We had a CRAZY FUCKING FINALS at the CS I was at yesterday - the final round was Blackbeard vs Lucy (unwinnable for Lucy tbh) they play and BB is dominating the tempo
Scenario: BB has a full board of Burgees and 4 life
Lucy is at 0 and was dead next turn so he plays Roger to take out Burgees as a troll
The BLACKBEARD PLAYER BEING A TROLL BACK BLOCKS THE ROGER SWING AND THE LUCY WINS!! 🤯😱
the collective GASP that happened when he blocked was wild!
Mind you the BB ended up getting the invite still but that troll block costed him a top 16 croc sitting at about $1600 rn and the finalist pack at like $350-400
That block was a $2,000 mistake that happens even to the best players.
Remember kids, don’t block a Roger swing when opponent is at 0 life
