I won't do guide on Lucy, I won't do coaching on Lucy, Lucy is not the best deck. Lucy is unfavored into Enel and Bell Luffy.
Lucy is not a hard deck, it can be weird what i will say but you just need to "be good at One Piece". The curve of Lucy is often the same, what change between good and bad Lucy is mostly fundamental. For fundamental I advise you to check my youtube video on it I will post the link bellow.
Global Gameplan Lucy :
Early play searchers
Mid game play Cavendish or Barto
1st Sabo play Cavendish or Barto
play others Sabo while remove opponent board.
End the game with Roger/Sabo/double strike spell.
Enel match up :
Curve Cavendish Sabo Cavendish Sabo Cavendish
Key cards : Stage, Cavendish, Sabo
Tips : don't trash cavendish you will need to play as much board as you can. Don't Trash roger in late game Roger is your win condition, if you have 0 life and opponent is 1 life you can go for game with Roger Leader attack and discard all your event.
Nami match up :
Curve Leo Cavendish/Pistol Sabo (Cavendish/pistol)
Key cards : Leo, Cavendish, Pistol, Sabo
Tips : Leo protect your cavendish from zeus/rayleigh and allows you to draw all your deck. Pistol remove the pressure early game. Wacth me Pistol remove robin.
Fire fist fire fist 2c KO newgate blocker if you have 2 life. Keep Sabo active to get some free block if you are able to remove nami stuff you will win while having big board and nami no board.
Overall I like to go low on life and have a lot of cards in hand it allows me to put my opponent in hard situation.
I will do guide in OP16 or OP17, but right now i don't have the time to give you a guide with the quality I want.
My favorite deck right now is Enel, I played Lucy just because I hate Nami and I didn't want to lose to Nami. Have fun, in this meta a lot of deck are playable and whatever you chose you will have bad/good match up!
