I’m excited to have presented two of my projects at @devpsybio this year on the associations between early-life nutrition and infant brain activity, as well as the cross-cultural investigation between prenatal income and newborn brain activity in the US and South Africa 🧠
We are creating EEG brain growth charts by harmonizing resting EEG across labs!
Have resting EEG data? Interested in authorship opportunities on the seminal brain growth charts paper? Respond here: redcap.link/rj4md6cn

2 years ago, @SantiMoralesPhD, @georgebuzzell, & I asked our incredible colleagues & experts in dev EEG, to help us complete a survey on resting EEG processing (1/n)
Heterogeneity in pediatric resting EEG data processing and analysis: A state of the field onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/…
(6/n) Our findings highlight opportunities for core methodological work and field-level efforts to establish consensus, which will increase the utility and interpretability of developmental EEG research.
(7/7) Finally, something that struck me was the immense expertise of my colleagues. While responses differed, responses were logically consistent and thoughtful. It was clear to me that we are all trying to do great science, sometimes in different ways. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/shar…
