@GreeceMFA Hi, I'm trying to call the Greek embassy in New Delhi,India. No-one picks up the phone for days now. I emailed early this week too and didn't get any response. I need information about a visa for the spouse of an EU citizen moving to Greece.

Another #EU law not respected by #Germany : EU 2016/1191.
The local immigration office asked me to register my #French #marriage in Germany, even though I showed an official marriage certificate translation both issued by #France.

It's illegal... EU countries have to accept such documents as marriage, birth, deaths, partnerships certificates, issues by another EU country.

In over 12 weeks now, SOLVIT Germany didn't get in touch with me ONCE by themselves with an update on my case. Their only reply to my requests were "it's in progress".
That's it. For 12 weeks and ongoing. This is NOT proactive, and detailed updates. This is "we don't do any work"

@UPS hi, Your service says that in case of missed delivery, an attempt is the next day. I stayed at home for that delivery the whole day today= no delivery.
1/ I demand you deliver again on Thursday at no cost to me or the seller
2/ what is your address for a formal complaint?

Sans compter le coût du voyage en France pour 2 personnes, et le problème d'obtention d'un visa pour les citoyens non-eu.
Si on pourrait faire appliquer le décret pour vidéo conférence et signer le contrat de mariage dans les ambassades, tout ça sera grandement facilité.

Pas d'indication de delai de reponse. Est-ce la réponse définitive ou on est sensé espérer d'avoir une réponse un jour peut-être?
Je ne demande pas la légalisation, je demande la PROCÉDURE EXACTE à suivre pour les Français hors de France.
