My latest... The Modified Rankin Scale is the most commonly-used #SAH outcome measure. But it focuses on physical disability. Most distress after SAH is cognitive-emotional. We report discrepancies in which pts rated mRS 0-3 tell us they are damaged. n.neurology.org/content/earl…
