Please, donate as you are able. A mare in foal was saved and she is still emaciated and sick. The baby is fine. Glory to God for that. They really need the help. No donation is too small. Every dollar matters so very much,
"As soon as I saw you, I knew an adventure was going to happen." ~A.A. Milne Amy (JC: Perfect Art) and baby… A good first day on earth for our sweet baby… oh how I love him already. Amy needs to be cleaned up so badly, I hate the shavings stuck literally everywhere, but it’s so unbelievably, uncomfortably, miserably hot that with all she’s been through she doesn’t really want to be messed with atm. Tomorrow, I told her. There’s always tomorrow… We had our vet team out on Thursday afternoon for Amy’s recheck and she was still pretty unwell, that cough wasn’t going away and the antibiotics she was on weren’t touching it. So we bumped up her medications and by last night she was feeling substantially better, the cough (and slight fever she’d been running) was completely gone. I had a feeling baby was coming, she really had perked up a lot. Our vet is due out later for a check, mama took a bit to pass her placenta but it made its way out and we’re in good shape now. Best to be sure about it all. Little baby has done everything right. He gets up, he nurses he wiggles and wobbles around, he sleeps, he talks, he has started to play a bit. He is friendly with us and loves to be scratched. He wore his little halter for a few minutes and was perfect when we put it on and took it off. And I still think he’s going to be gray. We still haven’t reached our June hay goal and since Thursday we’ve only received $100 (thank you Patty!) We’re counting our blessings that overall we have a healthy baby, but expenses are higher than normal because of his poor, emaciated and sick mama. With our now $990 vet bill (including Thursday’s visit) and our hay drive, we are $4,142.19 from goal with $2,847.8 raised so far this month. If you want to help with our hay/baby mama vet fund, links are below. We are so grateful for the help, truly. This is: The United States Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor, Stephen Miller: “The reason why those Americans in North Carolina, those mothers, those fathers, those precious little children, were left to die begging their government for help that never came is because the Democrats turned FEMA into an illegal alien resettlement agency.” Meaning: The Democrats said FEMA had NO money and left fathers to die in Maui. The Democrats said FEMA had NO money and left mothers to die in East Palestine, Ohio. The Democrats said FEMA had NO money and left children to die in North Carolina. BUT FEMA had an extra $1 BILLION to spend on illegals, including Social Security, Medicaid, SNAP, and voter registration. And, as a bonus, they complain that Elon Musk is now a trillionaire.

Serious question: If America is bankrolling 193 countries, why are American taxpayers getting crushed and overtaxed? Where are those DOGE checks? We’re fed up funding the rest of the world while our own people get run into the ground.

After rescuing awhile you get a sense on what shelters kill often & on deadline, which pups are likely to be rescued, which ones without a miracle have no hope. When mom happened upon Abbie and her 2 puppies, she knew they had little hope. High kill AL shelter, brindle pittie mix, shelter notes of being scared. We have been so over capacity mom kept scrolling. But she kept going back to mama’s eyes. Pleading. Somehow hopeless yet hopeful. This little family who weren’t going to get chosen because of breed & because they aren’t fluffy. A shelter that will kill. We committed, got transport and saved Abbie, Aimee & Alice. If you’d like to help w/their vet bill, even just a little, we truly thank you! ♥️ rescuecoop.org/donate

🚨 Share far and wide to help identify this person 🚨 A holidaymaker has been accused of grabbing a seagull out of the air then punching it to death after it snatched his pasty. Outraged locals posted pictures of the man claiming he killed the innocent seagull in St Ives, Cornwall yesterday in revenge for trying to steal his savoury treat, as police urged anybody with CCTV footage to come forward. Rosie Reynolds was working at a boat tour stall when the man attacked the bird right in front of her. She said: 'He was walking with his wife and child and the gull just swooped down and stole his pasty. 'He just grabbed it and had its head in his hand and punched it hard in the chest. It was sort of held in his arm so it couldn't escape. 'After three or four punches the bird went limp then he threw it to the ground where it just lay there, it was still alive but its chest cavity was caved in and I think it just went off to die. 'I went over and berated him as did some other people, I said "you can't do that, its illegal" and his wife said the same, I think she was shocked, I asked if he'd do the same to a child who stole an ice cream but he just called me a cow and told me to f*** off. I'm just so shocked, tourists sometimes kick out at the seagulls but this is the worst I've ever seen. 'I recognised his picture straight away on Facebook, I know several people have reported him to police and I hope they can deal with him properly.' A takeaway owner who didn’t want to be named served the man just before he attacked the gull said it actually snatched a fish burger. He said: 'I just remember the guy was really rude, his wife seemed lovely but he was just demanding and said he needed to drive back to Yorkshire as soon as he could.' Another witness Pauly Ford posted on Facebook: 'Just witnessed a 'man' grab a seagull that had knocked the pasty out of his hand and punched the bird twice really, really hard. This was at the harbour. 'The bird wasn't able to fly away and a lady at the sea island boat trips picked it up to look after, sadly the bird had a big hole in its chest so will likely not survive.

🐶❤️ A dog that defends its home should not be punished. Many people see their pets as family members who act out of loyalty and protection. When a burglar enters a house, a dog often protects its family and territory. It's not an act of malice, but an instinct driven by love and loyalty. Every case should be fairly assessed, but immediate punishment isn't the answer. This topic resonates with many because those who love animals understand the strong bond and bravery of a loyal dog. Let's appreciate the courage and love our pets show us every day. 🏡✨

🐾 JUSTICE FOR MAMA MAISIE 🐾 On Wednesday, June 10, Mama Maisie was walking near Hawkes Pond in Saugus, Massachusetts, when an unknown man approached, picked her up and ran into a heavily wooded area. Her foster mom chased him and called 911, but he disappeared. Police, volunteers and strangers searched for Maisie for hours. Flyers were shared, businesses checked surveillance footage and social media helped spread the word. The next evening, they received the devastating news that Maisie had been found deceased in a pond. Maisie had already survived cruelty before being rescued, yet she still loved and trusted people. Saugus Police are actively investigating. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person responsible. Someone knows what happened. Please share and help us get justice for Maisie. 🕊️❤️🌈 #JusticeForMaisie

Florida voters deserve a debate. Instead, the newly announced criteria mean there may not be a debate at all. Governor Ron DeSantis says there should be a debate. I agree. Florida doesn't need an 'engineered outcome'. Let's have the debate. TheCollinsCallout.com

Governor Ron DeSantis didn't appoint me because I was the safest choice. He appointed me because he knew I'd fight for Florida's families, stand up for our values, and get results. I've spent my life serving this country. Now I'm focused on serving the people of Florida. Let's keep Florida moving forward.
