Was wondering what happened. I was out for a night walk and wanted to check in on something via mobile and got this error message. Figured it was a bug with the @claudeai mobile app.

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Tried something new this weekend: asked Grok to one shot an entire app build.
Not “help me with this function”. Straight “here’s the idea, go build it.”
Curious to see how far these things can actually carry a non dev PM before it needs adult supervision.

• How much planning happens before it starts generating
• Where the output feels production read vs a nice demo
• How much of my job as PM still has to happen vs. the model just “getting it” and what I need to add to my initial prompts.

Making lots of changes on how we write Jira tickets and how we breakdown epics. Heavier on the User Stories and adding the Don’t Wants to the ticket. Moving to writing tickets for Agents not Humans.

I’ve been thinking about my role during this AI transformation for awhile and have many questions:
1) Do multi quarter calendar roadmaps still make sense when AI agents are compressing timelines from months to days/weeks? (among other things)

• Features: Does this still need a full spec or can we build, test, get user feedback faster?
• PRDs: Are we writing for humans or agents?
• Dev meetings/cadence: Sprints still make sense?
• Estimation: T-shirt sizing by tokens & ease of UAT?

Trying to get Grok to generate images inside Hermes like the press release stated. Turns out image generation is enabled, but only if you set up FAL.
Anyone else running into this with Hermes Grok tools or am I just missing something obvious?

This keeps happening, you enable the tool, restart the gateway, set the provider, and still end up in configuration hell for things that were marketed.
Not throwing shade, I’m genuinely excited about where this is headed, but seems like the press release is misleading.

Been fighting flaky skill triggers in @grok the last couple days. Type /eod and it turns into “eod skill.” Same with the others. It’s killing the exact workflows I actually want to use daily.

Meanwhile Hermes just added proper SuperGrok support. One hermes model command, OAuth login, and you’re running Grok live X search inside an agent that can actually hold context and build skills over time.

Goal is to have @claudeai do the heavy lifting and tracking, and then I can spend more time deciding what features to build. "Product Sense" is getting thrown around a lot and it is going to become more and more important.
