This fraud must be stopped for all time. Can’t happen
BREAKING: Haitian man sentenced to prison for a $58 million healthcare scheme exploiting the 340B drug discount program. The fraudster used fake patients and fake prescriptions through a nonprofit clinic to steal from Medicare and Medicaid, using the proceeds to purchase a $2.5M mansion, a Bentley, and multiple Mercedes.

Today in West Palm Beach, I announced major actions to strengthen the integrity of Florida’s Medicaid program and to crack down on fraud:   ✔️ @AHCA_FL is partnering with SentiLink, a leading identity fraud detection company that specializes in uncovering complex schemes to defraud taxpayers. This technology will help screen providers and identify suspicious activity even before bad actors are able to exploit the Medicaid program. ✔️ AHCA has imposed enrollment moratoriums on certain provider categories that are high-risk for fraud, including durable medical equipment suppliers and adult day cares. Florida is implementing stronger screening measures and ensuring proper oversight—not using your tax dollars to pay fraudulent claims, then investigate years later. ✔️ AHCA is launching a comprehensive statewide revalidation effort for all active Florida Medicaid providers, requiring them to verify their credentials and identities.   Medicaid dollars should be spent on patient care, not fraud schemes.

Provider revalidation here is critical. MN returns show some 50% shouldn’t be on the program!
In Florida, we work to ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly and that public programs serve the people they are intended to serve. That means holding government accountable and rooting out fraud wherever it exists.   With the Medicaid integrity initiative I announced today, Florida will continue leading the way in protecting taxpayers and rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse.

The only scenario in which this family would’ve been removed from SNAP is if they’re in eligible non-citizens. Which is highly likely given that there are millions of non-Americans on American welfare programs.
Here's just one example of a family with two young kids who lost their SNAP benefits — or as Secretary Rollins would apparently describe it, "chose not to reapply." nbcnews.com/news/us-news/tru…

We should not be bankrolling interpreters for illegal aliens. In 2024, Biden imposed a rule requiring healthcare providers to provide free language services. This rule is unsustainable, it's costly, & it's crushing small, independent, & rural hospitals. breitbart.com/politics/2026/…

Gimme a break. These “former governors” are among those most responsible for the disastrous policies that shoved millions into welfare, allowed fraud, and jacked up the spending.
A group of former governors in the Senate just released a statement in support of delaying H.R. 1's SNAP cost shift for all states, calling it a "ticking time bomb for state budgets and for millions of low-income families who depend on food assistance." hickenlooper.senate.gov/pres…

This is very smart by @Meta and should be replicated. Governors take note - you have the workforce ready and sitting on the sidelines, many on welfare
.@Meta launched a free alternative to a four year degree. @mikeroweworks praised the college alternative, saying, “Workers are actually paid to learn. There is zero cost to them, no college debt and a fast certification, with a guaranteed job on the other end Meta’s new academy will graduate welders, electricians, plumbers, and fiber technicians, aka the workers who will build data centers and infrastructure powering the AI boom. dailywire.com/news/meta-laun…

There is FRAUD (you know, lying, stealing, cheating) and there there is Fraud By Design - that's what this is. Loopholes in the system designed by leftwing bureaucrats (I know, redundant), to pump more welfare into society. End it!

This is the way - the Trump admin is serious about reducing government dependency among the able-bodied, preserving welfare for the truly needy, and getting illegals and fraudsters off welfare programs.
