Eating for your health is not about “Being on a diet”.
Diets are short term & often seem to have some element of denial / reward attached.
When you choose foods consciously for what they do to serve you and your greater health, you stop seeing food as a trade off.

Think of Big Ag as a massive chemical factory. Big Ag sells chemicals in the form of herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, antibiotics, vaccines & inputs. Food is the mechanism to monetize the chemicals. Nutrient value and consumer health is immaterial.

Sgt. Alwyn Cashe saved his men trapped in a burning vehicle in 2005 in Iraq. He repeatedly dove into the inferno to pull men out.
