For me it's handheld. I obtained some free fixed ones from LADWP for my building, was wondering if anybody still used fixed ones though.

After premiering in December 1990, MANIAC COP 2 arrived on US home video on June 13, 1991. It quickly became one of those rare horror sequels that many fans consider even better than the original, delivering bigger action, more brutal kills, and nonstop mayhem. Directed by William Lustig and written by Larry Cohen, the film sees the undead officer Matt Cordell return to the streets of New York City, this time forming an uneasy alliance with a violent serial killer. Featuring bigger action sequences, more brutal kills, and an even darker tone, MANIAC COP 2 expanded the mythology while doubling down on the gritty urban atmosphere that made the first film a cult favorite. Fun fact: Star Robert Davi performed many of his own stunts during the film's action scenes, including several dangerous sequences involving moving vehicles. The movie's ambitious stunt work helped give it a scale that far exceeded its modest budget. More than 35 years later, MANIAC COP 2 is often cited as one of the strongest direct follow-ups in horror history. Better than the original, or does the first MANIAC COP still wear the badge?

The US government could mint a trillion dollar platinum coin and pay for your healthcare but Bernie and Warren are too selfish.

PHANTOM EMPIRE (1989) They appear to be making it up as they go along or it could be a practical joke that no one is in on and supposedly based on a true story or loosely based on a Gene Autry movie but before the Empire falls, Michelle Bauer loses her top and all is good. #JW #movies @michellebauerofficial

The idea that this Big Boy was rotting in a parking lot in Pomona, CA for six decades until Union Pacific rebuilt every component to get it working again is actually awe inspiring.

Let's never forget that in The Fugitive, the supposedly innocent Dr. Richard Kimble stole some poor bastards scrambled eggs, milk and even his pudding cup! Innocent my ass.
