Great to see the team from @ComdMed_RAF Tactical Medical Wing on Ex Mobility Guardian 23 in the Western Pacific.
Alongside allies from Japan, NZ and Canada they exercised disaster response scenarios.
TMW are a high readiness specialist Air Medical team for Defence. #WeEnable

A hard fought path has been walked by #LGBTQ service personnel. @Sam_PullanRN says that his sexuality 'isn't an issue' and hopes those before him will take some comfort from that.
