I stand prepared, my heart aligned, In quiet strength, my soul refined. When chance arrives on fateful wings, I’ll rise, embrace what greatness brings. MY TIME IS COMING!

This was me in Uni. I could count the number of courses where I had C’s. If I don’t get A, I will just manage B. That should be your target if you’re serious about a First Class or a 4 point and above CGPA. Dear undergraduate students on the TL, If you’re still in Uni, try all your possible best to graduate with at least 2:1. Don’t join them in saying grades don’t matter. In Nigeria today, very few companies employ university graduates with less than Second Class Upper. Even the ones accepting Second Class lower, by the time First Class students and 2:1 students apply, there will be nothing left again for lower grades. If you are also an employer, will you set aside a First Class student result and be considering 2:2 or third class for the same role? It’s just simple logic. You need to put yourself in a position where you can be able to complete for opportunities. Except your parents are well rich and connected, please take your academics very seriously and try all your best to graduate with good grades. You can leverage on it after graduation and leave the rest for God to handle. Thank you.
For me o, getting a C is like carryover for me
