Two months later why are @virginmedia continuing to call me to sell me @o2 phone contracts?!? How many times do I need to tell the cold callers to stop calling me and wasting my time?!? Sure fire way to lose a customer!

Thanks @virginmedia for the cold callwasting my time guaranteeing you could make my contract cheaper. Then despite me saying early i’m not interested in any additional products and i have @EE telling me 10mins later you can only make it cheaper if I sign up to an @o2 contract…🤬

First time travelling with the baby on a train and I’ve got to say @LNER staff couldn’t have been more helpful! It definitely takes the worry out of travelling alone (& I only went one stop!)

Absolutely ridiculous that @virginmedia have emailed to say my package will increase by 30% due to their ‘running costs’ mid-contract. Always been a Virgin customer and the customer services has always been questionable but this is crazy! Who can afford anything anymore?!?!

So disappointed with the terrible customer services from @AmazonUK like A LOT of people I raised a complain that the battery life on my kindle oasis was insufficient. Was told no problem we will replace it. To receive a refurbished item and refusal of a refund. 🤬
