UPDATE: Of 5 murders in 12 hours we reported on this AM @phillypolice just notified us of more detail in one that shows the depth of a killer. Young dad, Will Myatt,29, was walking with his 3 yr old & 9 yr old kids&his dog out of dog park when shot in front of them @FOX29philly
