Such a privilege to guide conservation leaders in Asia through an exploration of #visibility and its role in #leadership for the the @IUCN_ASAP Women in Leadership program. We introduced our Three Pillars of Visibility to help give permission to do visibility your own way.
Learning about what visibility means this morning.
It is about knowing our values, purpose and vision. It is about being known and seen by others. And it is about using our visible leadership for a greater purpose.
