Recognising this, the Credit Guarantee Scheme for Startups has strengthened its framework by enhancing guarantee coverage. Startups can now avail guarantee cover of up to ₹20 Cr, doubling the earlier limit of ₹10 Cr. This means that eligible DPIIT recognised startups have a broader runway to raise funds and scale faster, backed by government trust.
