Well said Simon ! As a dyslexic academic I see amazing potential in my neurodiverse students yet.. there potential isn't realised as well/much as it could. Indeed I can see how I offer a different perspective to HE all power to diverse thinkers.
It's the dyslexic kid who might work as an office manager instead of being a labourer, the dyscalculia kid who might be an engineer instead of an office worker, its the next potential tech genius not dying on the streets of an overdose.
