Our work on trifunctional (caged, photo-crosslinkable, clickable) PIP3 is published online today (doi.org/10.1002/anie.2021035…). With the new tool, we identified proteins that transport PIP3 from organelles to the plasma membrane. Kudos for great chemistry and exciting cell biology.
