I’ve been eating nothing but chicken thighs and tomato soup.
I’ve been focusing inward on my health the past 60 days.
Still absolutely emotionally drained due to irl problems, however, insanely sharp and my focus has skyrocketed.
Note: cut out as many seed oils as possible, stop eating fast food so much, workout everyday - minimum of 20 minutes with a 10 minute stretch. If you can go longer. hit the gym and stay there! Also drinking way more water, and of course some typical caffeine intake.
Focus on yourself-
Mental health 👌
Emotional health 👌
Physical health 👌
And don’t forget the spiritual! 👌
It’s incredibly important to stay on top of these things. 🧠
