BREAKING: The Met Police confirm it is investigating a report relating to the alleged taking of indecent images and sexual exploitation in London and Essex during the 1980s. Police have urged potential victims of sexual offences to come forward after allegations were published about West Ham co-owner David Sullivan, including claims linked to locations in Essex. The investigation currently relates to one alleged victim and is being led by specialist officers from the Met’s Rape and Serious Sexual Offences team.

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Multiple women have accused billionaire businessman and West Ham co-owner David Sullivan of using his position of power to pursue sexual relationships with them, including some who say they were teenagers at the time. The claims, brought forward by seven women and revealed in a joint investigation by BBC Panorama and The Times, span several decades, dating back to the 1980s. The women were reportedly in their late teens or early twenties and working as aspiring models seeking opportunities at Sullivan's Daily Sport and Sunday Sport newspapers. They allege that Sullivan engaged in sexually exploitative and predatory conduct, including pressuring them for sexual acts during business meetings and suggesting that their careers could benefit if they agreed to have sex with him or perform oral sex.
