Then while we're at it vacate all wins by Indiana & Cincinnati teams while Sorsby was there and place those schools under suspension for "lack of institutional control".
The Brendan Sorsby ruling is not a final order in his case (itβs an injunction) and governs one county in Texas. It doesn't require judges in other counties, let alone other states, to rule similarly in similar cases. Itβs significant, but shouldnβt be overstated in legal impact.
