Trying to confirm a refund status from @eDreams is beyond a joke. Their 'chatbot' cannot help and refuses to refer you to an agent. You can only check the refund status on the app, but that part doesn't work. What can I do!?!?

Who is responsible for the street lamps in Romilly Park @VOGCouncil ?
They are not on during the morning, it is pitch black trying to walk into the nursery through the park, particularly with all the potholes, puddles and uneven ground.

I have a charge on my statement from @bookingcom, I've checked and there isn't any trip booked for the amount they have taken. I 1st enquired in November about this and have sent several additional emails to find out the charge but no reply. What can I do?

The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
