For decades, critics have used the same handful of objections to dismiss a North American setting for the Book of Mormon. This series ends the debate. It answers them with the text itself, the land itself, the archaeology, and documented modern analogues. No speculation. No special pleading. Just the earth doing what the earth has already done in recorded history. New research articles will drop here as they’re ready. I’ll reply to this exact pinned post with each one, so everything stays in one clean, growing thread. The land is speaking. It’s time to listen.

MLB does not have an active openly gay or bisexual player. Meaning all this gay propaganda has nothing to do with supporting their players. It has everything to do with breaking up the nuclear family and targeting Christian values.

No one is dumb enough to believe this garbage except leftwits. Why? Because these people get paid to traffic children; that’s why. After all, who would suspect the people who pretend to help minor illegal aliens by trafficking them?
On June 11, federal agents visited KIND’s DC headquarters without a warrant in an operation targeting legal service providers for unaccompanied children. Our work to support due process and protect the most vulernable will not be intimidated. 🔗: supportkind.org/press-releas…

Scottish fans are drinking Boston out of their beer. Not bad, but it’s Boston. That wouldn’t happen anywhere in Wisconsin. Now I know why they definitely didn’t have any games at Lambeau.

Hey Britain: we revolted because we were being taxed without representation. Grow a pair.
The UK rape gang inquiry report just dropped and it should make your blood boil: 1. At least 250,000 young White girls were groomed, raped, trafficked, and tortured. 2. Perpetrators followed consistent tactics of befriending vulnerable girls as young as 11 with gifts, drugs, and alcohol before subjecting them to group rapes, violence, blackmail, pregnancies, forced conversions, and trafficking. 3. UK institutions—including police, social services, schools, NHS, and politicians—catastrophically failed victims through denial, ignored reports, criminalization of victims, destruction of evidence, and prioritization of political correctness and fears of “racism” accusations over child protection. 4. 87–95% of convicted perpetrators in group-based child sexual exploitation cases were Muslim. It was predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs. They operated across 149 local authority districts. Groups from Somali, Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, and other Muslim origins were also involved. 5. The Muslim perpetrators operated under an honour- and shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially White working class girls, as property available for sexual use. Girls were told that they’re “White trash” who deserved punishment. People need to go to prison for this.

Hey @Mormonger, the yutz blocked me immediately, but insofar as DNA is concerned, we do have mtDNA that goes to the Near East, with no trace of it along the so-called “land-bridge” route anywhere, and it is only found in North America, specifically around the Great Lakes.
This is a classic example of overstating what the evidence actually establishes. You present a laundry list of alleged anachronisms and then quietly smuggle in a conclusion that does not follow from the premises. The fact that archaeology has not produced consensus support for a traditional reading of the Book of Mormon does not mean archaeology has disproven it. Let's be clear: "We haven't found it" and "it didn't exist" are not the same claim. Your argument depends on expectations that are themselves controversial. You assume the Book of Mormon describes large populations that should leave unmistakable archaeological footprints across the Americas. But the text itself never says that. The limited-geography model adopted by many LDS scholars fundamentally changes the evidentiary expectations. A small migrant population entering a much larger indigenous population is precisely the sort of event that could leave a minimal archaeological, linguistic, and genetic trace. Your DNA argument is particularly weak. Modern population genetics does not teach that every ancestral population leaves a permanent, detectable genetic signature. Small populations are routinely absorbed into larger ones. Genealogical ancestry and genetic detectability are not the same thing. So what exactly has DNA disproved? It has disproved the simplistic claim that Native Americans are principally descended from Israelites. Fine. Most serious LDS scholars already agree with that. It has not disproved the existence of a small Near Eastern migration. Likewise, your linguistic argument assumes that a tiny immigrant group's language should survive for 2,600 years despite assimilation into larger populations. Why? Languages disappear all the time. Entire language families vanish from history. The absence of a surviving Hebrew-derived language is not some devastating surprise under a limited-population model. As for archaeology, critics have a terrible track record of turning current ignorance into definitive refutation. Remember when "barley" was supposed to be a fatal anachronism? Then pre-Columbian barley-like cultivars were identified. No, that didn't prove the Book of Mormon. But it exposed the recklessness of declaring, "Archaeology has settled this." The irony is that your argument is strongest where you spend the least time - metallurgy. Iron and steel are genuinely difficult issues. An honest apologist should admit that. But instead of focusing on the strongest evidence, you bundle it together with a host of much weaker claims in the hope of creating an overwhelming cumulative impression. Most importantly, your conclusion exceeds your evidence. You claim there are no authenticated signs of Old World influence. Yet the Book of Mormon does not require large-scale Old World colonization, widespread cultural replacement, or continent-wide linguistic transformation. You are arguing against a model that many informed defenders of the Book of Mormon do not even hold. In the end, what you've shown is not that the Book of Mormon is false. You've shown that mainstream archaeology has not confirmed it. Those are very different propositions. The first is a demonstration; the second is simply a statement about the current state of evidence. Critics repeatedly act as though the absence of confirmation is equivalent to disconfirmation. It isn't. That's not archaeology. That's rhetoric masquerading as certainty.

All of these are addressed. But about “the death of Jesus … skies darkened over the whole earth for three days. *The biblical account is three hours, not three days.” They only write about what they see, which is the whole earth to them, just as everything past the Atlantic was to the Near East for millennia. Do you people never think outside of your sheltered bubble for new materials? Do you even look and see that all your garbage is already PREbunked, just for you? We don’t even need to debunk it for you because it’s already done!

Hey Britain, I hear you’re FUBAR if you fly your flag. Want to explicitly fight back against this? Fly an American flag. If you really want to make a statement, go with the Gladstone or Old Glory.

I am thoroughly enjoying all the wonderful videos of visitors from other nations sharing their experiences here at the World Cup. I truly hope this is the year we finally win one. Of all my teams, this is the only one without a championship.

Why does this keep happening?
Meet Jamie Varley & John McGowan-Fazakerley, two men who were found GUILTY in the UK of m*rdering and r*ping an 11-MONTH-OLD baby that they adopted together. Evidence showed that the baby suffered more than 40 injuries, including damage via "forcible penetration" in MULTIPLE locations. Absolutely HORRIFIC
