I feel like this is true. Many of the shows that lasted multiple seasons in the past I think would have done badly now. High quality amazing shows are being canceled.

I’m very grumpy about the #VampireAcademy cancellation, and also thinking about how—with today’s dire state of streaming—long-running hit series like ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ and ‘Vampire Diaries’ would absolutely have been canned in their first seasons.
