Reminder - if your house has a sidewalk bordering the property, it's your responsibility to keep the sidewalk clear of ice and snow. "Remove all accumulations of snow and ice from the sidewalks and pathways bordering on the property within 24 hours of a snowfall;" - Bylaw 516.

Crews are out ensuring roads and brined and salted. They clear in priority order, first being Major arterial streets, school bus and transit routes, access routes to emergency services buildings, routes leading to Sandy Hook/Tuwanek and the Davis Bay area, and commercial areas.
