I didn’t post about the “I won't work for a Jew” story because it has completely saturated X over the last 48 hours. However, this message and post from a another Austin Franco @austinrfranco a family man and Dallas based lawyer, is being wrongfully targeted, hurt, and maligned simply because he shares the exact same name as the Cornell student who made the comment and has doubled down on his position. It is disheartening that the Dallas attorney Austin Franco and his family has to endure an onslaught of hate and anger due mistaken identity. By sharing his video and post , I hope we can help him reclaim his good name. Let’s amplify his message, and bring him and his firm, well deserved new business and good publicity.
I recently found out that I share the same first and last name with a 19 year old student at Cornell who is going viral (over ten million views across twitter and other platforms) for anti-Semitic comments that he made (and continues to make) to a prospective-employer. My social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and law firm email address are being blown up by people understandably angry at this other Austin Franco. None of the posts cross any legal lines, but unfortunately there have been comments and emails talking about me, my firm, my parents, etc. To make matters worse, the undergraduate looks just enough like me to be confusing, and the NY Post, Fox News, and other publications, have written about it with his image as the article cover. The bad Austin Franco is continuing to make these statements to media and on social media, so we wanted to go on the record disassociating me and the law firm from him. I am hoping this post will alleviate some confusion for the general public. I appreciate all the people who have reached out!

🚨 The link between antisemitic indoctrination in academia and its impact on American students is increasingly difficult to ignore. It's beginning to fundamentally change the next generation. After the October 7th massacres by Hamas, history professor Russell Rickford told his students that the attacks were "exhilarating and energizing." "Palestinians were able to breathe for the first time in years. It was energizing! If they weren’t exhilarated by this, they wouldn't be human. I was exhilarated!" He took a one-year paid leave of absence after his repugnant comments. Upon returning, he immediately joined a campus protest chanting, "Long live the intifada!" Rickford is still employed. Cornell University received approximately $1.2 billion in federal funding last year. They're on track to get another $1.2 billion for 2026-2027. If you paid taxes this year, you're funding this cancer.
Meet Austin Franco. He’s a rising junior at Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations who reportedly turned down an internship interview with a real estate startup because he was “Not interested in working for a jew.”

Honey, you're learning about consequences for engaging in socially unacceptable behavior in the real world. No one in real life is going to be fine with you behaving this way. It doesn't matter how much support you have in this narrow, limited space, real life is different.
Any lawyers who think i have a legitimate case to be made for doxxing, defamation, or something else feel free to reach out...

Watch this video clip Two Jewish students built a business. A Cornell classmate rejected their job offer — in writing — because he was "not interested in working for a Jew." They kept his name private. They just wanted proof that antisemitism is real, not imagined or exaggerated. He outed himself. And their reward for that restraint? They're the ones paying the price. A flood of vile hate — most of it right here on X. People aren't just defending him. They're saying Jew-hatred is justified. These young men aren't asking for his punishment. They're asking for accountability for the hatred now being directed at them. Elon — this is happening on X every single day.

🚨 WARNING about StubHub 🚨 We purchased 4 FIFA World Cup tickets (France vs Senegal, MetLife Stadium June 16) for $2,189 back in December. Three days before the game, the seller "couldn't deliver." StubHub's so-called FanProtect Guarantee? When we clicked the link — ZERO replacement tickets available. The same seats are now listed at DOUBLE the price. Oh, and our $300 non-refundable parking pass? Gone. This is a deliberate bait-and-switch scheme and we're filing complaints with both the NJ and MD Attorney General. Do better @StubHub. #StubHub #FIFA #WorldCup #BaitAndSwitch #ConsumerFraud

Rejecting a job by saying "I don't want to work for a Jew" is extremely unprofessional and shows extremely low impulse control. Was it bad of the company he interviewed with to "dox" him. I guess but if you send an e-mail under your real name that says "I don't like Jewish people" to a Jewish person, what did you expect to happen?

Cornell student Austin Franco was doxxed by Jewish business leaders after explaining that he “didn’t want to work for a Jew,” claiming his experiences with Jews were not “pleasant,” after a NYC startup he had applied to reached out to him three times. After one of the cofounders, Gabe Einhorn, posted Franco’s reply with his last name blocked out, Franco was quickly identified. Einhorn said he did not “want to ruin his life,” but wanted to “raise awareness” of antisemitism. Franco, in a now-deleted post, said that in his personal and professional experiences, Jews were tribalistic and vengeful, and tended to ruin and bully others who opposed them. Franco stated, “I am sure that if you indicated you didn’t want to work for someone who was White or Christian this would not have blown up…” Franco claimed that the actions by Einhorn and the Jewish community, posting his reply, doxxing him, and then trying to investigate and uproot his personal life, vindicated his concerns that Jews do not work with others politely. Rhode Island School Cmte member Jen Lima posted a letter to Austin Metcalf's dad: "Your Son Is Dead Because You Failed To Teach Him That Black Boys Have Boundaries" Incredible victim-blaming of a child brutally murdered in cold blood. No humanity, all ideology. She shouldn't even be near children.

The USS Liberty conspiracy theory asks you to accept that Israel, a nation of 2.5 million people fighting for its literal survival on six fronts simultaneously against 110 million Arabs equipped with Soviet tanks, Soviet aircraft, and Soviet warships, and with no formal American alliance, no American weapons, and no guarantee that anyone was coming to save them, is chose day four of that existential war to deliberately attack the one country on earth that might eventually become their ally, in broad daylight, in international waters, leaving 174 survivors who could identify the attacking forces, while fourteen separate investigations across two governments found zero evidence of intent, while Israel’s own military had accidentally bombed its own armored column the day before proving how catastrophically identification fails in wartime chaos, and while not a single one of the conspiracy theory’s proponents in nearly six decades of trying has ever managed to agree on what Israel was actually trying to accomplish by doing it. Heavy lift.

You should absolutely do it. A quilt like that would outlive all of us. Imagine your great-great-grandchildren pulling it out of a cedar chest one day and hearing the story of how their grandmother decided to teach herself a new skill so she could make something meaningful for America’s 250th birthday. That’s not just a quilt. That’s a family heirloom. That’s legacy. 🇺🇸🧵
The urge to purchase a sewing machine and teach myself how to quilt so I too can make a patriotic America 250 quilt…. I think I can do it. Should I?

I was wrong to say Joe Kent is stupid or an idiot. He is not. He’s an intelligent and highly trained former GB and TFO operator, with extensive knowledge in both tradecraft and psychological operations, not to mention deep ties with the CIA. He, by his own admission, purposely sought out a high up position in our intelligence apparatus so he could influence the community with his activism and facilitate leaks to undermine the Trump administration and our country. So, he’s not stupid nor an idiot. He’s a traitor.

The wicked plots against the righteous and gnashes his teeth at him, but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he sees that his day is coming. The wicked draw the sword and bend their bows to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose way is upright; their sword shall enter their own heart, and their bows shall be broken. Psalm 37:12-15 God’s justice is certain.
