"The Islamic Republic of Iran's Army is now courageously defending the land, water, and flag that belong to it."
That's how he phrases the Iranian navy firing upon 2 civilian tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.

Gunfire was reported and the vessels turned around and exited the Strait.
This is escalating quickly.

"The U.S. did not fulfill its obligations. Therefore, the Strait of Hormuz is now closed again, and passage requires Iranโs approval."
When it reopened, Iran warned the U.S. had to lift its blockade, but Trump didn't, so they've clamped down again.
