At this point, you should probably just give him his own dedicated chapter.
Lionel Messi is quite good at football, isn’t he?

Mbappe scored twice. Haaland scored twice. Then 38-year-old Lionel Messi walks out for his 200th international appearance and drops a hat-trick to equal the all-time World Cup goalscoring record. The new era is trying to take the crown, but the King refuses to vacate the throne. We will never see greatness like this again. 👑

The best striker in the world is just a fanboy like the rest of us. 👑
🚨📲 Erling Haaland on Snapchat: “Messi is a madman”. 👑

He saw the "Messi is finished in MLS" tweets and decided to casually become the joint-top scorer in World Cup history at THIRTY-EIGHT. Absolute cinema.

A mentor once told me this: Just be unapologetically yourself. The moment you start filtering yourself to be liked is the moment you start attracting relationships that need constant maintenance. Do you. The right ones will stick, the wrong ones will walk. That’s a blessing.

Your child is fine today, running around and scattering the house. Tomorrow, their body is hot. And even when they recover, two weeks later, another issue. Before you blame the weather, if your child is a picky eater, chances are their body is missing out on very important nutrients from fruits and vegetables. You need to actively fill that gap so that cough and catarrh won't catch that child every two market days. Give them proper meals, and back it up with @Basicsupplng Immunboost Kids Multivitamin Gummies to boost their immune system. It’s a simple way to keep their immunity sharp

I'm convinced that 99% of success is just the ability to outlast uncertainty. The one who can tolerate the most uncertainty is the one who will eventually win.

Gaffe-filled statements do a disservice to the office of governance. Our leaders must prioritize constructive communication and actionable solutions to insecurity rather than engaging in distracting and embarrassing political commentary. A word they say...

HEPATITIS B IS KILLING MORE NIGERIANS THAN HIV. AND MOST DON’T EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE IT. 🏥 Nigeria has one of the highest Hepatitis B burdens in the world. Over 20 million Nigerians are currently living with chronic Hepatitis B infection. That’s nearly 1 in 10 people. Meanwhile, everyone is running from HIV and Hepatitis B is quietly doing more damage. HIV kills roughly 1.5 million people globally per year. Hepatitis B kills close to 2 million. It is deadlier. It is more contagious. And it spreads faster. Hepatitis B is transmitted through blood, unprotected sex, sharing sharp objects like razors, clippers, needles and from mother to child during childbirth. You don’t need to be “reckless” to get it. The barber’s blade. The hospital that cuts corners. The mother who didn’t know she was positive. That’s how entire families carry it without knowing. And that’s the most dangerous part…NO SYMPTOMS. Most people with Hepatitis B have zero symptoms for years. Sometimes decades. By the time the body starts showing signs like fatigue, jaundice and abdominal pain . The liver may already be severely damaged. Cirrhosis. Liver cancer. Liver failure. You can be walking around looking healthy, infecting people and dying slowly all at the same time. But here is where it differs from HIV. THERE IS A VACCINE. A highly effective, widely available vaccine exists. Three doses and you are protected for life. If you were born before routine vaccination became standard in Nigeria, there’s a real chance you were never covered. There is also antiviral treatment for those already infected. It doesn’t cure it, but it suppresses the virus, protects the liver and reduces transmission dramatically. So here is what you need to do: GET TESTED. A simple blood test, the HBsAg test tells you your status. It costs very little. Some hospitals and health campaigns offer it free. You cannot treat what you don’t know you have. If you test NEGATIVE, get vaccinated immediately. Don’t delay it. If you test POSITIVE, see a doctor. You will need liver function tests, viral load monitoring and possibly antiviral therapy. Do not manage this alone. Tell your family. Hepatitis B is a family disease. If you test positive, your spouse, children and close contacts need to be tested and vaccinated too. People will openly discuss malaria drugs on this app. But Hepatitis B? Silence. Stigma. Avoidance. That silence is why people are dying preventable deaths every single day in this country. You owe it to yourself and the people around you to know your status. Go get tested. Get vaccinated. See a medical practitioner. Your liver is the only one you have. PROTECT it.👏

What’s one message that lives rent free in your head?

Make I try am na.
Your heart is the engine of your body. If you want to actually live longer, do these three simple things tonight: 1. Walk for 10 minutes after dinner. If you can't do 10, do at least 2. 2. Eat your dinner early and stop abusing salt and seasoning cubes. 3. Sleep before midnight. Your body needs those 7-9 hours to repair itself. You can start today. Deal?

Read this twice. We are often our own harshest critics, treating our mistakes like a life sentence instead of a lesson. Give yourself the same grace you'd easily offer a friend.
Nobody is above making a mistake. What makes the difference is how you respond to it. Think of your mistakes as stepping stones that lead to your desired destination. Always learn from a mistake, don't beat yourself over it.

Headlines focus on the chaos of the day. Data tracks the trajectory of the decade.
People ask me how I stay so optimistic. The honest answer: I read the data, not the headlines.
