Healthcare costs rose because of limited labour productivity gains and structural inefficiencies in a highly regulated market.

Anyone else copy and pasting ChatGPT's voice transcription outputs across apps?
I've yet to find transcription software that is as accurate and reliable.
Would be amazing to get that built into a mobile keyboard.

Walking India's busy streets made me more bullish on human ability to adapt. No one bumps into eachother. It has per capita accidents lower than London!
Chaotic/complex systems aren't inherently dangerous if the agents that form part of it are well adapted to navigate it.
