The greatest challenge for #mRNA-LNP therapies is targeting non-liver tissues. To overcome this, we used customisable bispecific antibodies to tether mRNA-LNPs to cell-surface proteins, achieving efficient and selective mRNA delivery in vivo. @BASEmRNA biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
