The road to the 2026 USATF Junior Olympics is looking bright for Sauce. We have to tighten up a couple things in his race but looking good overall 14.43 (100m) 29.58 (200) 1:08 (400m) He turns 8 years old this month. 🙏🏾

I’m super proud of my youngest son, Sachio “Sauce” Shigg. He competed at the Phoenix Invitational this weekend and left his mark. Sauce took home a bronze medal in all 3 of his events. We enjoyed this weekend but back to the lab on Monday.
