Our dataset includes 173 Z stack and 99 timelapse multispectral images and is accompanied by a quantitative dataset of 1418 organelle signature metrics. The data are on BioImage Archive (ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/BioImag…) for further exploration, analysis and hypothesis generation.

Happy to share that our #Rab1 - #LipidDroplets paper is now published in @ScienceAdvances.
We show that Rab1b regulates the recruitment of the essential lipid synthesizing enzyme #DGAT2 from the ER to the LD surface in order to promote their growth.
We also link Rab1b’s role in LDs to the pathogenesis of Warburg Micro syndrome.
