Young patient presenting with hemoptysis. Found to have new lymphoma with arterial extrav into a RUL bronchus on CTA. Time for angio and embo to control bleeding with super fellow @JesseChenMD ! 3 sources visualized on angio with probably shunt from IMA.

Answer to that case: multiple right pulmonary artery emboli. This also happened to be our first patient enrolled in the @InariMedical FLASH trial at @ShaolinIR. Immediate reperfusion and decrease in PA pressures! @vgallo83 @amitramjitMD @MdScheiner @Brandon_Lei
