The RCN will be asking 345,000 nursing staff members if the 3.6% pay award for 2025-26 is enough, as it launches its consultation on 9 June.
The union said the vote will be crucial in deciding next steps, which could include a ballot for strike action.

London-Heathrow will be closed for ALL of Friday due to a βsignificant power outageβ caused by a fire in an electrical substation.
